Volunteer Roles and Shifts:
Prep Crew (9 AM – 12 PM): Set the stage for a beautiful experience by preparing tables, arranging treats, and ensuring everything is picture-perfect.
Serving Team (9 AM – 12 PM): Provide warm hospitality by serving delicious bites to our guests.
Cleanup Crew (Noon – 3 PM): Help us wrap up the event with a smooth transition by clearing tables, tidying up, and ensuring everything is ready for the next magical gathering.
Water to Bring:
Water bottle to stay hydrate.
Comfortable shoes for standing and walking.
A smile and enthusiasm for a great event!
Parking Instructions:
Please park at the Visitor Center and meet in the Terrace Room.
Jamie will be there to greet you and guide you to where you’ll be needed.
