If you like people, butterflies, social events or being outdoors, the 2021 Festival of Butterflies is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you. As a Greeter, you will help:
- Welcome guests to the festival
- Manage check-in lines
- Help with online registration, if needed
Starting on July 22 and lasting until Aug. 8, volunteer shifts will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. Please sign-up for as many as you want below. Special perks for those who complete multiple shifts — 8 or more hours — throughout the festival include:
- Free event T-shirt
- Free lunch (for those that work 2 shifts in 1 day)
- First choice of shift assignments
PLEASE NOTE: Greeter volunteers are required to complete 1 registration training session. Training will begin in mid-July. If you are unable to attend a session, training will be available online as needed. For more info, contact Brent Lager at volunteer@powellgardens.org or 816-721-5529.
