Join us for a BioBlitz — a hands-on citizen science adventure where YOU help document the incredible biodiversity of Powell Gardens!
Volunteers will be split into small groups and guided to several predetermined locations on the farm to observe, identify, and document as many species of plants and wildlife as possible. All findings will be recorded in a dedicated iNaturalist project, contributing to real ecological data and conservation efforts.

Meeting Instructions:
Please park at the Midwest Center for Regenerative Agriculture and check in with Jacob Canyon upon arrival. They'll get you started and guide you to your assigned exploration zone.
What to Bring:
• Fully charged smartphone with the iNaturalist app installed
• Reusable water bottle & snacks
• Sunscreen & bug spray
• Comfortable clothes & closed-toed shoes
• Hat or sunglasses for sun protection
