Join us for an exciting opportunity to assist with the Artist Brunch event as we host featured artist Tyler Kimball for a morning of art, mimosas, and live music. Volunteers will help with setting up and breaking down the brunch area, greeting guests, assisting with brunch service, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. As a volunteer, you’ll get the chance to engage with guests, assist with the artist’s talk, and enjoy the sounds of the Bonbons Gitans Gypsy Jazz Trio.
Date: April 26th, 2025
Volunteer Roles and Shifts:
- Prep Crew (9 AM – 12 PM): Set the stage for a beautiful experience by preparing tables, arranging treats, and ensuring everything is picture-perfect.
- Serving Team (9 AM – 12 PM): Provide warm hospitality by serving delicious bites to our guests.
- Cleanup Crew (Noon – 3 PM): Help us wrap up the event with a smooth transition by clearing tables, tidying up, and ensuring everything is ready for the next magical gathering.
Water to Bring:
- Water bottle to stay hydrate.
- Comfortable shoes for standing and walking.
- A smile and enthusiasm for a great event!
Parking Instructions:
- Please park at the Visitor Center and meet in the Terrace Room at the Terrace Room.
- Jamie will be there to greet you and guide you to where you’ll be needed.
- A map will be included in your confirmation email.
