Step into the world of Victorian orchid hunters and help bring Orchid Delirium 2025 to life! This year’s immersive exhibit transforms Powell Gardens’ Conservatory into a lush jungle of blooming orchids, tropical foliage, and an orchid hunter’s encampment straight out of history. We need enthusiastic volunteers to assist with the behind-the-scenes magic of setting up this breathtaking display!
Key Responsibilities:
- Staging and arranging orchids and tropical plants for a stunning visual impact
- Assisting with décor setup to create the ambiance of an orchid hunter’s expedition
- Unpacking and organizing display elements, including props and exhibit materials
- Helping ensure the exhibit is guest-ready and picture-perfect
Requirements:
- A love for plants, design, or creating immersive spaces
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate materials
- A keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for teamwork—no prior experience needed!
